Woodberry/Limona Roads Open at Lakewood Drive

Woodberry/Limona roads have reopened at the intersection of Lakewood Drive.

Woodberry and Limona roads are now open at Lakewood Drive following the completion of the South Hillsborough Pipeline microtunnel installation beneath Lakewood. 

Woodberry Road is now open to through traffic between Falkenburg Road and Lakewood Drive, and Limona Road is open between Lakewood Drive and Bates Street. 

Crews are currently scheduled to begin open-trench construction on Woodberry Road in mid-2027. Crews plan to start at Falkenburg Road and proceed eastward to Limona Road. Open-trench construction on Woodberry and Limona roads will last approximately one year.

Victoria Street Sidewalk Closed in Construction Zone

August 25, 2026

The sidewalk along Victoria Street is currently closed within the active construction zone, east of North Kings Avenue. As South Hillsborough Pipeline construction progresses eastward, the sidewalk and intersection crossings at North Knights Avenue and North Moon Avenue will also be closed.  

Students walking or biking to Brandon High School from areas east of North Kings Avenue should follow the posted detour signs south to West Sadie Street, north on North Kings Avenue and west on Victoria Street to access the school. Access to Brandon High School’s student and teacher lot will remain accessible from the west using Limona Road and Meade Street.   

Open-trench construction on Victoria Street will continue eastward Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. over the next few months.
