Pipeline Schedule

Pipeline construction will begin in October or November, pending permit approvals. Schedule details will be posted on this page as soon as they are available.

This graphic shows the schedule for the South Hillsborough Pipeline. Property acquisition runs from 2024 through fall 2026. Construction is scheduled for fall 2026 through the end of 2028. The pipeline is scheduled to be in service by the end of 2028 and final restoration will occur in the first half of 2029. Public outreach spans the entirety of the project schedule. The schedule is subject to change based on permitting and unforeseen conditions.
