Pipeline Schedule

Following is the current schedule for the South Hillsborough Pipeline; all dates and locations are subject to change:

  • April 29 – crews began mictrotunnel work on North and South Moon avenues at Brandon Boulevard
  • May 4 – open trench pipeline installation starts on Limona Road south of the CSX railroad
  • May 4 – open trench pipeline installation starts on McMullen Road south of McMullen Loop; McMullen Road closed from McMullen Loop to Donneymoor Dr.
  • May 11 – intersection of Limona Road and Victoria Street closed
  • Mid-May – crews begin work at Woodberry and Limona roads for tunnel under Lakewood Drive
  • Late May – open trench installation begins on Victoria Street
  • Early June – open trench pipeline installation begins on Boyette Road

Work continues at:

  • Limona Road and CSX railroad 
  • South Parsons Avenue/John Moore Road and Lumsden Road
  • South Kings Avenue, north Bloomingdale Avenue
  • 4142 Alafia Blvd.
  • 7202 Alafia Ridge Road
  • Fishhawk Boulevard near Fishhawk Creek
  • Fishhawk Boulevard near Little Fishhawk Creek – sidewalk closed from Osprey Ridge Drive to Hammock Crossing Drive
Property acquisition - 2024 through fall 2026. Construction - fall 2025 through 2028. Pipeline in service at the end of 2028. Restoration - first half of 2029. Public outreach spans the entirety of the project schedule. All dates subject to change.
