Pipeline Schedule

Following is the current schedule for the South Hillsborough Pipeline; all dates and locations are subject to change:

  • Feb. 21 – crews mobilize on the south side of Fishhawk Boulevard for horizontal directional drill under Little Fishhawk Creek
  • March 2 – crews mobilize at South Parsons Avenue/John Moore Road and Lumsden Road to begin work for a microtunnel under Lumsden; lane closures and detours on South Parsons Avenue and John Moore Road in effect
  • March 10 – road closure begins at Woodberry/Limona roads for microtunnel work at Lakewood Drive 

Work continues at:

  • Fishhawk Boulevard near Fishhawk Creek
  • Intersection of South Kings Avenue at Bloomingdale Avenue
  • 7202 Alafia Ridge Road
  • Limona Road and CSX railroad 
Property acquisition - 2024 through fall 2026. Construction - fall 2025 through 2028. Pipeline in service at the end of 2028. Restoration - first half of 2029. Public outreach spans the entirety of the project schedule. All dates subject to change.
