Pipeline Schedule

Following is the current schedule for the South Hillsborough Pipeline; all dates and locations are subject to change:

  • July 29 – new traffic pattern on South Kings Avenue north of Bloomingdale; night work continues
  • Aug. 3 – crews begin installing tunnel just at Boyette Road, just east of Hammock Crest; tree work begins on Boyette Road in the easement along the Suncoast Girl Scouts’ property 
  • Early August – intersection of South Kings Avenue and Ronele Drive will be closed
  • Early to mid-August – construction begins on Ronele Drive

Work continues at:

  • Boyette Road, just east of Hammock Crest
  • Victoria Street between Meade Street and North Kings Avenue, proceeding eastward
  • Falkenburg Road, just north of Woodberry
  • Boyette Road from the Bell Shoals bridge to just west of McMullen Road
  • Woodberry and Limona roads
  • North and South Moon avenues at Brandon Boulevard
  • 4142 Alafia Blvd.
  • 7202 Alafia Ridge Road
  • Fishhawk Boulevard near Little Fishhawk Creek – sidewalk closed from Osprey Ridge Drive to Hammock Crossing Drive
Property acquisition - 2024 through fall 2026. Construction - fall 2025 through 2028. Pipeline in service at the end of 2028. Restoration - first half of 2029. Public outreach spans the entirety of the project schedule. All dates subject to change.
