The following schedule is subject to change and will be updated periodically.

• Planning and preliminary design: began Sept. 2021 and completed July 2024
• Property acquisition: summer 2024 – fall 2026
• 60% design plans: summer 2024
• 90% design plans: spring 2025
• Permitting & final design: as early as fall 2025
• Construction begins: as early as fall 2025
• Construction complete: spring 2029
• Pipeline in service: late 2028
• Public outreach: entire project
• Community meetings: early 2025 and summer/fall 2025
